Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A. Yes, we ship everywhere EXCEPT Nail Polishes (including top & base coats) & Perfumes (we CAN ship Perfume Oils)! However, the USPS has drastically raised their International First Class Package rates & it is quite expensive. Unfortunately, I cannot do anything about this :(
Q. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
A. You will receive an email notification once your order ships & it will include the tracking number (domestic)/label number (International)! You can also log into your account to see this information. Don't forget to check out the "Processing Times" to see when your order should ship by.
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?
A. I run Kiss My Sass Cosmetics alone & I try to ship orders out as quickly as I can. I am also a mother and sometimes things happen and orders take a few days longer than normal to process.
Q. DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
A. No, we do not test any of our products/ingredients on animals. We do not purchase ingredients from companies that test on animals either! Kiss My Sass Cosmetics is a cruelty free company!

A. YES, we are 100% VEGAN!
Q. WHAT DOES COTM STAND FOR?
A. COTM stands for Color of the Month. Each month we offer a brand new color is chosen as the COTM & the full size is 50% off. Samples are not included in the sale.
Q. WHAT DOES GWP STAND FOR?
A. GWP stands for Gift with Purchase. When you spend at least $25 (after discounts/coupons & before taxes/shipping), you will receive 1 complimentary GWP! GWP's are full size products & they are chosen at random.
Q. DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
A. We occasionally make custom products but it depends on how busy we are at the time. Keep in mind that custom products/orders may take longer than the current processing time! If you would like to request something, you may do so through our Contact page!
